The Minister of Water and Sanitation has, in terms of section 69(1) of the NWA, published for public comment, the draft regulations made under section 26(1) of the NWA, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Interested persons are invited to submit written comments within 90 days of the date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 12 March 2015).
